Our Mission at MHS is to provide an alternative to traditional western medicine with a holistic approach. We provide a spacious and welcoming environment for qualified patients to purchase their alternative medicinal treatments, as well as an ever expanding array of products for a holistic lifestyle. 

Patient Membership Registration

     Qualification of membership includes a valid Drivers License/ Identification Card or US Passport and a current, original and verifiable physicians recommendation. Please bring in ORIGINAL recommendation when signing up for first time. Though it is not required, we ask that if you have been issued a California State Card and/or a Marin County Health Department Card please bring that as well as your recommendation. Just having your State Card or County Card alone to sign up for membership will not suffice. If you have both, bring both in orginal form. Thank you!
